So disappointed that I could not add a tip when paying with this APP! Unfortunately, I was NOT aware of this until after the APP processed my payment (AND I had NO cash). It proved embarrassing and there was no way to reverse the charge. You can do better IHOP!
Good app with the recent update, but still cannot add tip!!
Please fix to allow tipping!!
Some bad moments
The biggest problem is when you order it doesn’t let you view the order the app just send you disappearing quick notifications for updates on your order and you have no idea what to do because you can’t view the order. You can’t click on the transaction what a piece of dump thank you.
The app is absolutely horrendous. Numerous attempts to pay for an order, but the app does not provide an option to add payment information. My business will not affect IHOP's revenue, but for my piece of mind, I will never place another order. Mom and Pop locations are the way to go.
Entered payment info. Wouldn't accept debit card. Said billing address was incorrect (it isn’t). Repeatedly. Carefully entered card info. Still it wouldn’t let me order. Now it's almost lunch time, I DID NOT get my breakfast, and I am hungry, hangry, and grouchy! This app is terrible. I guess I will be ordering elsewhere! Thanks for nothing IHOP! Wanted a great, tasty, filling breakfast, and all I got was a belly full of nothing!! So disappointed!! And hungry!
If you're collecting and redeeming pancoins, watch how a few extra disappear from your balance every time you redeem them. First time I did not notice, but I paid close attention last time. Balance went from 17 to 14 without any transactions.
Won’t let me login even though I know the password. I Reset the password and it still tells me it’s invalid over and over. I can’t even login. So that’s pretty bad. Tried to signup for a new one, same issue.
